Spain – Pragmatic Play enters Spain and Portugal

Pragmatic Play is now certified in both Spain and Portugal.

The Spanish Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling (DGOJ) and Portuguese Gambling Inspection and Regulation Service (SRIJ) both approved the games for distribution in their respective online markets.

“It represents another breakthrough for Pragmatic Play and highlights our commitment to our European expansion in regulated markets.

“We’re certain that our existing suite of games and forthcoming titles will prove to be just as popular with players in both countries as they have been elsewhere.

The approvals are the latest step in Pragmatic Play’s ambitious plans for international growth, having gone live in Denmark with the operator Vera&John in August.

The company was also granted permission to distribute content in the long-established UK market in April and the Bahamas in May. This complements its existing licences in Malta, Italy, and Romania.
The provider releases two new titles every month and provide their diverse portfolio of more than 80 state-of-the-art slots to many of the world’s leading online casinos.

Their latest offering, Pixie Wings, was rolled out at the end of August.
