Spain – R.Franco to buy all of Mediatech Solutions

The R.Franco Group has reached an agreement with Mediatech Solutions to acquire 100 per cent of the company.
The process began last year with the purchase of a controlling stake in the company, within the plan for diversification and growth being developed by the R. Franco Group in the last few years on a national and international level.
The deal will see the integration of a highly qualified team and a wide range of technological services and solutions into the R. Franco group. R. Franco said it ‘increases the levels of competitiveness, enhances and improves the asset portfolio balance, promotes the technological area within the Group and provides a major platform for growth.’
R. Franco Group’s Chairman, Jesús Franco, said: “This transaction consolidates us as one of the most important players within the gaming industry, and will allow us to provide customers and operators with the widest range of solutions in the market. This is a transformative and promising project.”
He added that with this transaction, the R. Franco Group had strengthened its entrepreneurial nature with a ‘solid and competitive project resting on the foundations of its experience, innovation and commitment to customers.’
