Switzerland – Switzerland’s casinos able to reopen from June 6

Switzerland’s casinos will be able to reopen from Saturday June 6 as the federal government relaxes restrictions imposed to limit the spread of COVID-19.

The Swiss Federal Council has already lifted restrictions on some venues and has reported no increase in infection rates, prompting it to vote in favour of an additional loosening of restrictions from June 6.

The country’s 21 casinos were ordered to shut in mid-March. gatherings will be limited to 300 people.

Swiss Casinos stated: In compliance with appropriate protective measures, the casinos in Pfäffikon, St. Gallen, Schaffhausen and Zurich will be open again from June 6, 2020. It is important to us to protect your safety and health. That is why we have taken special precautions in every casino.”
