Poland – Gauselmann buys Totolotek sports betting from Intralot
Intralot is selling its Polish sports betting company Totolotek to Merkur Sportwetten, a subsidiary of the Gauselmann Group based in Espelkamp. The share purchase agreement has already been completed with both parties now awaiting merger clearance.
