UK – BAGS and SIS to launch Live Greyhounds online

BAGS and SIS are pleased to announce the launch of a new greyhound streaming service for international customers.

For the first time, one of the UK’s most popular retail products will be available to international customers on mobile and desktop.

BAGS, the provider of almost 30,000 greyhound races from 20 UK tracks in 2015, have partnered with SIS to ensure the best product is available to operators with the least amount of integration work.
SIS are providing the pictures and associated data, and making them available to international bookmakers via the SIS Stream streaming platform.

Dominic Ford, BAGS chairman, said: “We’re delighted to bring British greyhound racing to an international audience who have not been able to interact with this product before. The significant new revenues we expect to achieve from this innovative service will be ploughed back into the grassroots of our sport.”

Paul Witten, Commercial Director of SIS, said: “BAGS greyhound racing is recognised as a high quality racing product, and with almost 30,000 races per year it is the ideal product to add to a web or mobile experience. Integration with the SIS Stream platform is quick and easy, and international bookmakers can have this service up and running in no time.”

The announcement is the second in a fortnight for BAGS and SIS, who recently launched the new live video streaming service for UK and Ireland customers in partnership with At The Races.
