Beehive is to supply its unique CRM tools to Stanleybet for implementation online.
The agreement, which will see the Beehive platform roll-out in markets including the UK, Romania, Italy, Croatia and Denmark, follows the successful delivery of similar solutions to other major brands in the industry.
It now arms the operator with the supplier’s sophisticated marketing optimisation engine, which dynamically clusters customers by behavioural attributes.
It then provides them with relevant marketing messages at the optimum time to help Stanleybet maximize customer value and boost retention rates.
