UK – Entain board appoints Unilever exec

Entain has appointed Rahul Welde as an independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 1 July.
Rahul was most recently Executive Vice President of Global Digital Transformation at Unilever where he drove digital strategies for the Unilever brands. He is an Indian national with over 30 years’ experience in the global fast-moving consumer goods sector.
On appointment, Rahul will become a member of the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Committee.
