UK – Independent casino association moves UK office

The IOA Group, the UK’s largest independent machine operator, has opened a new Central Office situated in the Worcestershire town of Stourport-on-Severn.
The office, which opened at the beginning of December, will serve as the nerve centre of the IOA’s nationwide operations team and will be headed by the organisation’s experienced National Account Manager, Nik Novak.
Explaining the role of the new IOA resource, Nik Novak said: “The team at Central Office will effectively serve as the IOA’s 21st depot. The Central Office focus is on the management activity of all IOA customer accounts, the co-ordination of operations, reporting, analysis and the broader distribution of business information crucial to the effective operation and management of machines for our national customer base. This is an important additional resource for the IOA and by extension IOA customers. The Central Office will play a key role moving forwards as we respond to the opportunities and challenges that will exist in 2015. The move was managed seamlessly with no interruption of the high level of service expected by our customers. Central Office will continue to work extremely closely with the IOA’s Head Office which remains in Aylesford, Kent.”
