UK – Reflex to introduce GamePro cabinet at EAG
By Phil - 5 January 2018Reflex Gaming will be using the forthcoming EAG (January 16 to 18, ExCeL, London) to launch its new all metal construction GamePro cabinet.
Over 12–months in development and testing, GamePro is powered by state of the art technology, delivering a host of benefits for venues, machine operators and players alike. GamePro will house all of Reflex Gaming’s new B3 compendiums with a phased introduction of Category C content taking place through 2018.
Explaining the stand out features of the GamePro cabinet and the attention to detail invested in its development, Managing Director, Quentin Stott, stated: “From a player perspective the inclusion of three monitors delivers an experience that’s very much in line with the very best in-venue HD quality that players expect from their time on machines.”
“Although catering for the needs of the player is at the top of the agenda we have also taken the opportunity to address operational issues from the ground-up. For example, all of the screens are on quick release brackets which turns a two person servicing function into something that can be easily completed by one. We have also upgraded the level of connectivity using an industrial quality modem, which means GamePro can be operated in a wired format, wireless or using 3G. In addition, it has an external hard drive and has been configured so that the peripherals can be removed easily.”
He continued: “Designing GamePro was a lengthy process and we took the opportunity to rethink the service routines and remove the issues that make operating more complex than it needs to be. GamePro is a big investment for the company and reflects our commitment to land based gaming.”
The GamePro cabinet will feature in both the UK and Dutch gaming markets where Reflex is active.
