The Indiana Horse Racing Commission and the Indiana Gaming Commission have granted approval to Caesars Entertainment to complete the purchase of Centaur Holdings.

Indiana Grand and Hoosier Park welcome more than 6.5 million guests combined each year and serve more than 1.1 million members as part of its loyalty program.
Hoosier Park Racing & Casino and Indiana Grand Racing & Casino, which serve the Indianapolis and central Indiana areas, will add to the Caesars network in the great State of Indiana, which already includes Horseshoe Hammond and Horseshoe Southern Indiana. Horseshoe Hammond serves the Chicagoland area and Horseshoe Southern Indiana serves the southern Indiana and Louisville area.
Both Hoosier Park and Indiana Grand feature live and simulcast horse racing, over 2,000 of the latest slots and electronic table games, live entertainment and multiple dining outlets
