Konami Gaming’s management system SYNKROS has been selected by Canyon Casino in Black Hawk, Colorado, to replace their existing system.
This is Konami’s first SYNKROS installation in Colorado, a state in which 39 casinos currently operate.

In addition to slot accounting and TITO, SYNKROS will deliver great new marketing capabilities including a robust, multi-tiered loyalty program and reactive bonusing that occurs on the player’s LCD display and on Konami’s True Time Window (picture-in-picture) at the slot machine,” explained Clark Warren, senior director of systems sales at Konami. “Konami’s SYNKROS is a perfect fit because its powerful, customizable marketing tools allow the team at Canyon Casino to create an exciting experience for both locals and out-of-town guests that no other casino in Colorado can match.”

Canyon Casino has more than 400 slot machines, 100 of which operate as coin slots where guests can still appreciate the sound of coins falling into the trays. The casino’s available table games include blackjack, craps, and roulette. Guests can also enjoy membership in the multi-tiered Canyon Club, which qualifies them for benefits such as Canyon Grille dining discounts, special offers, exclusive promotions, party events, and same-day cash back.
