US – Casino operator Maverick Gaming buys ceiling and signage specialist Egads!

Maverick Gaming, a North American casino operator with 26 properties in Nevada, Washington State, Colorado and Louisiana, is moving into the manufacturing sector by buying casino signage, lighting and ceiling specialist Egads! LLC, from Carole Carter.
Founded more than 20 years ago, Egads! is an industry leading supplier of signage; custom lighting and audio/visual systems; unique architectural features incorporating sculpting, mold making, metals, acrylics, glass and other proprietary materials and processes. Designer’s, Architect’s and Owner’s ideas for specialty environmental features become reality with the expertise of the e-gads! team. e-gads! provides services to casinos, entertainment venues, retail facilities and hospitality companies throughout the United States and international locations. e-gads! environmental slot/gaming signage has been engaged by every major slot manufacturing company from IGT, Sci Games, GTech, Konami and Aristocrat and others.
