US – FSB appoints Madinia Melanis to senior management team

FSB has expanded its North American senior management team with the appointment of Madinia Melanis as Vice President of Program Management.

Melanis joins from IGT where she held several roles over an eight-year career. Most recently she was Senior Manager – Head of North American PlaySports PMO after stints as US Sports Betting Regional Lead – Head of PMs, and Bid Manager – Business Proposals.

Madinia Melanis, VP of Program Management at FSB, said: “It is an honour to join such an innovative, fast-growing organisation that has ambitious plans for North America. I am looking forward to using the experience I have gained over the years to help take the company to the next level and to not only meet but exceed the goals it has set for itself.”

As VP of Program Management at FSB, she will be responsible for on-boarding of FSB’s North American client base ensuring an effective and seamless delivery experience. She has also been tasked with building out FSB’s expanding retail and online delivery teams in the region.

Melanis has been given decision making oversight into new processes and procedures the North American Program Management team will implement in order to successfully align internal teams and increase visibility and collaboration with FSB’s partners. She will officially begin her role at FSB on November 12.
