Ticket printing and couponing specialist FutureLogic has hired Tony Shepherd to be its next Chief Financial Officer with former CFO, Jon Huntley, joining the FutureLogic board of directors.

FutureLogic described Mr. Shepherd as a proven, versatile, and resourceful CFO with over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, restructuring and M&A advisory.  His expertise ranges from large accounting and consulting firms, including Pricewaterhouse Cooper and FTI Consulting, as well as middle market companies such as ExtruMed, a precision medical component manufacturer, and boutique investment banking firms, including Trinity Capital and Barrington Associates.  At FutureLogic, Tony will oversee corporate finance and accounting, HR and IT and will report to FutureLogic Chief Executive Officer, Eric Meyerhofer.

“Tony’s demonstrated track record as a successful CFO, and his hands-on business experience made him the perfect candidate to step into this important role on our management team,” said Eric Meyerhofer, FutureLogic’s CEO.  “Among numerous candidates, we’re excited to have found a seasoned financial veteran who is eager to help scale a fast growing business like ours. And with Tony taking over Jon Huntley ‘s responsibilities as our CFO, I’m delighted to welcome Jon with his invaluable insights to our board of directors.”
