US – G2E Las Vegas to offer even more networking

Global Gaming Expo (G2E) 2014 will introduce an expanded roster of networking opportunities as part of a broader effort to provide attendees with more valuable and unique opportunities to make solid business connections and share insights and experiences.

Organised by the American Gaming Association (AGA) and Reed Exhibitions, G2E is the premier trade show and conference for the international gaming entertainment industry. G2E takes place September 30 to October 2 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas.

“G2E has always been an event shaped ‘by the industry and for the industry’,” said Ron Rosenbaum, Chief Operating Officer of the AGA. “Our delegates have made it clear that they are looking for G2E to provide venues allowing them to meet with industry colleagues to network and share best practices. Our attendees will have no shortage of outstanding opportunities to network.”
Networking opportunities available at G2E include:

AGA Gaming Hall of Fame—Monday, Sept. 29, 6:30 p.m., Hyde Bellagio: The AGA’s annual celebration of gaming-entertainment leaders returns to G2E this year. Colleagues from across the industry will come together to support the National Center for Responsible Gaming and honor the following inductees.
Bob Faiss (posthumously), gaming law expert, Lionel and Sawyer

Tribal Gaming—Tues., Sept. 30, 12:45 PM, NIGA Networking Lounge, Booth #4400: Those working in the Indian gaming segment of the industry are invited to this event hosted by the National Indian Gaming Association (NIGA.) This annual event is the best place to make connections with fellow tribal gaming executives and learn more about NIGA.
Global Gaming Women (GGW) Events

Networking Breakfast—Wed., Oct. 1, 8:00 AM, Galileo 901: This annual event hosted by GGW brings together women from all levels and segments of the industry for an hour of strategic networking at G2E.
Kick Up Your Heels Reception and Fundraiser—Wed., Oct. 1, 5:30 p.m., Caesars Palace: Women across the international industry will gather together to raise money for the GGW Education Fund, which provides scholarships throughout the year for continuing education opportunities.

Latin American Gaming—Wed., Oct. 1, 12:45 PM, Latin American Gaming Lounge, Booth #6540: Executives in the Latin American gaming industry are invited to network and connect at this annual event, produced in partnership with SAGSE and Yogonet and sponsored by Aristocrat and Konami, with Casinos de Latinoamerica Magazine as the official media sponsors.

G2E Meet-Ups—Wed., Oct. 1, 5:30 PM: New networking events for attendees involved or interested in key industry segments will be held at the ends of the show day on Wednesday, as follows:

Emerging Leaders—Wed., Oct. 1, 6:00 PM, Lagasse Stadium: Casino-entertainment professionals under age 40, nominated by their colleagues and peers as Emerging Leaders, will be invited to network with one another and participate in a speed mentoring opportunity with leaders of the industry during this one-of-a-kind event. The Emerging Leaders program at G2E is produced in partnership with The Innovation Group.
