US – IGT appoints Lorenzo Pellicioli as Chairperson

International Game Technology’s Board of Directors of IGT has appointed Lorenzo Pellicioli, formerly the Vice Chairperson, as Chairperson of the Board, effective immediately.
Mr. Pellicioli had been acting Chairperson since the departure of Phil Satre in August.
Mr. Pellicioli said: “I am honoured to serve as Chairperson for IGT and I look forward to working with the Directors and senior management to guide continued success in the future.”
The Board also appointed James McCann as Vice Chairperson and Lead Independent Director. Mr. McCann has served on the Board since 2015 and currently serves as the chair of the Board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
