By - 3 October 2016

International Game Technology will supply Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino with comprehensive casino management systems for the new Las Vegas property, which is slated to open in December 3, 2016.

Billed as Las Vegas’ first casino resort to deliver an authentic Asian lifestyle experience, Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino will feature IGT’s latest Advantage system, offering advanced marketing, player communication and floor optimisation capabilities through Floor Manager, Media Manager with Service Window and Table Manager. The property will utilise six different IGT bonusing applications, including Lucky Chip, which brings a progressive bonus to table games for the first time on the Las Vegas Strip. Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino will also be the first property in North America to offer IGT Rebates & Commissions to VIP table game players, based on a concept that is extremely popular in the Asian gaming market. The systems installation is enhanced by IGT SystemWatch, which provides remote, around-the-clock system monitoring for performance optimisation and reduced down time.

In addition to providing the casino management systems, IGT will have the leading floor share at the Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino. Included in the IGT game selection is 12 IGT Dynasty electronic table games, offering players the excitement of baccarat and roulette.

“IGT casino management systems offer us the innovation that we need to bring a carefully curated, authentic Asian experience to the Las Vegas Strip,” said Dave Jacoby, Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino Chief Operating Officer. “With features such as the Lucky Chip bonus and the only Rebates & Commissions offering in North America, IGT has helped us differentiate the Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino as Las Vegas’ premier Asian gaming provider.”

“By securing this agreement with Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino, we’re building on IGT’s leadership in casino management systems innovation,” said Nick Khin, IGT Senior Vice President of Sales, North America Gaming & Interactive. “Whenever there is a new casino opening on the Las Vegas Strip, competition is fierce for games and systems placement. By providing unique systems capabilities and best-in-class game content, we can help Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino differentiate itself among players as the authentic Asian gaming experience provider.”
