US – Jack Entertainment celebrates record revenue year

Jack Entertainment, comprised of Jack Cleveland Casino and JACK Thistledown Racino, had a record-breaking year with a combined $398m in gross gaming revenue in 2019.
“This past year provided JACK another opportunity to grow in our commitment to our guests, team members and the Cleveland community we call home,” said Chad Barnhill, Chief Operating Officer. “We are extremely proud of the success of our team and look forward to the exciting opportunities that the new year presents to us in Northeast Ohio.”
Jack Entertainment has continued to lead the gaming industry in Northeast Ohio in 2019 as the first in the market to offer the newest in gaming technology for guests. In 2019, JACK has introduced hundreds of new games to the gaming floors at JACK Cleveland Casino and JACK Thistledown Racino, refreshing the variety of games at nearly double the average rate seen in the Northeast Ohio market.
The year also saw Jack Entertainment to become the first casino operator to offer an in-home, loyalty program communications using smart speaker technology with the launch of the ClubJACK Skill for Amazon Alexa. This new technology enables ClubJACK members to easily access their current promotional offers and casino promotions through the use of simple voice commands by linking their ClubJACK accounts to any Alexa-enabled device to receive their information.
In 2019, Jack Entertainment continued its mission to be a champion for good in the community through its charitable giving efforts, supporting more than 50 local organisations, and serving more than 500 volunteer hours.
In 2019, JACK’s community impact endeavours included the donation of 6,300 lbs of turkey to 13 local food pantries delivered personally by JACK team members ahead of the Thanksgiving Holiday, as well as raising $15,000 for the Cleveland Hope Lodge during Breast Cancer Awareness month.
