US – Leech Lake Gaming launches Konami’s SYNKiosk across three casinos

By - 25 August 2015

Konami Gaming has launched its new multi-platform, multi-device SYNKiosk patron loyalty tool across Leech Lake Gaming Division’s casino portfolio.

Powered by SYNKROS casino management system, SYNKiosk provides Northern Lights Casino Hotel, Palace Casino Hotel, and White Oak Casino with real-time loyalty kiosk functions—such as player account information, special offers, casino promotions, and more—via video slot machines and traditional kiosk machines. Casino patrons will experience all-new promotions and games at these locations, as well as convenience enhancements such as the automated SYNKiosk enrollment station.

“Our players will enjoy great new games with our Players Club, and they will even be able to see, discover, and redeem promotional offers directly from the screen of video slot machines, in addition to new kiosk stations,” said Mike Auger, director of gaming operations at Leech Lake Gaming Division. “Our guests can also use the new self-serve enrollment kiosk to either create and/or reprint their players card in under 60 seconds, so they always have quick and easy access to all the exciting benefits of our Players Club.”

Leech Lake Gaming first selected Konami’s SYNKROS in 2012, due in part to its one-card loyalty program, able to empower all three casino properties with a comprehensive rewards program. Now spanning more than 1,700 combined machines across Leech Lake’s casino locations, SYNKROS’ industry-leading marketing capabilities extend to a variety of loyalty kiosk formats with SYNKiosk.

“We will be able to enhance our rewards program even further, reaching targeted demographics with rich and engaging awards,” said Mr. Auger. “SYNKROS and the new SYNKiosk are able to support an overall guest experience that is both memorable and highly effective for the on-site staff.”

“Leech Lake Gaming is leading the casino industry in launching Konami’s latest SYNKROS innovation,” said Carri Jones, chairwoman of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. “We remain committed to giving our visitors a world class gaming experience in every aspect.”

“At its core, this technology is a continuation of Leech Lake Gaming Division’s emphasis on customer convenience and entertainment,” said Scott Richards, director, systems sales at Konami. “SYNKiosk is another way they are leveraging the latest SYNKROS innovations to ensure the long-term success of their business.”
