US – Muckleshoot opts for Bally’s iView and Elite Bonusing
By Phil - 28 July 2014Muckleshoot Casino has selected Bally Technologies’ award-winning Systems solutions to excite players at its property in Washington State.
Muckleshoot Casino will deploy Bally’s iVIEW Display Manager (DM) with Elite Bonusing Suite (EBS) across more than 3,100 video gaming machines to provide its guests with player-centric bonusing events that make them want to extend their play experience. The Auburn, Wash., property will utilize EBS promotions like U-Spin Bonusing, Virtual Racing, and Virtual Racing NASCAR across its iVIEW network.
“After a thorough and competitive review process, we determined Bally’s Systems solutions were the best fit for our property and patrons,” said Muckleshoot Casino’s General Manager Conrad Granito. “These products enable us to bring extra excitement to our gaming floor with second-chance opportunities and thrilling floor-wide events.”
With iVIEW DM, casino operators can present self-service player-account access, marketing messages, and secondary bonus games on the main game screen – all without interrupting play. iVIEW DM is backward compatible on most gaming devices with a touch-screen display.
EBS, when combined with iVIEW DM, can add excitement and anticipation to the slot-play experience. EBS applications have been proven to increase coin-in, carded play, new card signups, and time on device at casinos across North America.
Muckleshoot Casino is owned and operated by the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe. This Seattle-area property features more than 3,100 video gaming machines and more than 100 table games, including 32 poker tables in the largest non-smoking poker room in the state of Washington.
The property will also use Bally’s SDS slot-management system; the Business Intelligence (BI) application to analyze and visualize data; and Servizio, a suite of mobile service solutions that increases efficiency and enhances services for players.
“We are excited to use Bally’s Business Intelligence solution to exponentially improve our ability to understand our players’ preferences,” Granito said. “In addition, Bally’s Servizio solution, which will put critical game and player data at our employees’ fingertips, will allow us to service our players in a far more effective manner.”
Bally Technologies’ Chief Executive Officer Richard Haddrill said: “We are proud that Muckleshoot Casino chose Bally’s Systems solutions following a very extensive selection process. This partnership is recognition that Bally’s unwavering commitment to Systems everywhere, and particularly in Washington State, has been appreciated by leading operators such as Muckleshoot Casino.”
