US – Muscogee Nation adds VizExplorer player development solution to River Spirit Casino Resort

VizExplorer has signed an agreement to deploy its most advanced player development solution at Tulsa’s River Spirit Casino Resort, one of the largest gaming floors in Oklahoma.
With more than 3,000 slot machines on a 300,000-square-foot gaming floor with a reputation for being the most popular in the state, River Spirit executives were looking to enable the host team to advance its VIP outreach and development efforts.
With the new hostVizOps, hosts gain new functionality that makes it easy to coordinate with marketing to manage events and track attendance and performance, submit hotel reservation requests for VIP guests, and speed comp request and approvals — all from within the mobile app.
“We’re eager to see the impact of a CRM and sales enablement tool working with our current floor and marketing products from VizExplorer to give us a more complete view of our business,” said Ken Maguire, Director of Marketing, Muscogee Creek Nation Casinos.

The agreement was handled by VizExplorer reseller Game Changing Technologies, a provider of licensing and consulting services to companies doing business in the casino industry.
