US – Mystique upgrades Oasis 360

Aristocrat Technologies has completed an upgrade of the Oasis 360 casino management system at Mystique Casino in Dubuque, Iowa.
Mystique Casino is one of Aristocrat’s long-term Oasis 360 partners, and the upgrades include nCompass hardware and the award-winning nRich bonusing solution as well as other promotional and operational enhancements contained in the latest version of Oasis 360. The added capabilities can help to provide Mystique patrons with a much more entertaining and rewarding experience.
Mystique Casino has been an Oasis 360 partner since 1995, and the casino’s COO Tom Wiedmayer said, “We operate in a highly competitive region, and we are constantly on the lookout for new technologies and capabilities that will further strengthen our position. We have had a long-term and successful relationship with Aristocrat, and when they presented us with nCompass, nRich and the new enhancements to Oasis, we knew this was technology that would move us forward.”

nRich is a new bonusing solution that focuses on dynamically rewarding individual players instead of targeting players in groups. nRich uses the Average Daily Theoretical win specific to a patron or to a group of patrons as the basis for the bonus. nRich visually displays a meter on screen, in front of the player, to give the player a sense of how close they are to achieving an added bonus.
nCompass is a leap forward in direct customer communication with advanced media delivery and utilizes an interactive media window on the main screen of the slot machine that offers dynamic gaming content to the player.
