US – Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood awards over $615m in 2020 jackpots

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood awarded guests with large and plentiful jackpots throughout 2020. The award-winning resort paid out approximately 214,250 jackpots totalling more than $615m. The three largest jackpots included payouts of $3.8m on July 23, more than $321,000 on 12 June and more than $282,000 on March 14.
July’s $3.8m jackpot marked the highest land-based payout in 2020, the highest payout in history for all six Seminole Gaming properties, and the largest slot jackpot ever awarded in Florida on an IGT game. The lucky player was celebrating her 60th birthday at the resort when she wagered $5 on the $1 IGT Megabucks slots game.
Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood reopened on June 12 under the company’s new and stringent “Safe + Sound” guidelines which include multiple initiatives designed to create a quality entertainment experience in an environment that ensures the safety of guests and team members.
Guidelines include required mask-wearing for guests and team members inside any facility except while in the pool, eating, drinking or smoking in designated areas.
