US – TransAct wins third consecutive Konami Supplier Performance AwardBy Phil - 27 October 2015
TransAct Technologies has received the Konami Supplier Performance Award on September 29, 2015, during the Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Awarded to TransAct for Outstanding Performance for Quality, On Time Delivery, and Customer Service related to its industry-leading Epic 950 gaming printer and related customer support services, this year’s award marks the company’s third straight year of being acknowledged by Konami Gaming, Inc. for vendor excellence.
Created to annually recognize top vendor partners, the Supplier Performance Awards are determined through a vote of employees across Konami’s organization. As such, the recognition from Konami, a leading global provider of electronic gaming machines, is a reflection of the winning vendor’s performance across departments, including outside sales, inside sales, operations and quality, among others. This year, four organizations received recognition under the Supplier Performance Awards.
“Each day, we work to deliver industry-leading gaming device printers such as the Epic 950 and the highest possible level of customer service which together set us apart from the competition,” said Bart Shuldman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TransAct Technologies. “Receiving the Konami Supplier Performance Award for the third consecutive year is a direct recognition of our entire team’s hard work. I am extremely proud of the tireless efforts of our manufacturing, sales and support and service teams and am grateful that employees across Konami’s organization have once again voted to recognize our team members for the excellent job they do.”
The award-winning Epic 950 gaming device printer from TransAct Technologies is the ticket-in/ticket-out (TITO) casino printing solution of choice thanks to its unsurpassed reliability and innovative technology.
