US – Twin River becomes GAN’s ninth simulated customer

By - 6 December 2016

GAN has launched online Simulated Gaming for Twin River Management Group, a casino operator in Rhode Island.

Twin River Casino in Lincoln, Rhode Island offers over 4,200 slots, 113 table games, more than 162,000 square feet of gaming space, a major event venue and several bars and restaurants.

It has become GAN’s ninth Simulated Gaming client following a rigorous technical deployment process meeting the compliance requirements of both the Client, and the Rhode Island lottery regulator.

Patrons receive a rebate on selected online purchases, which are redeemable on-property in Rhode Island. GAN’s US-patented iBridge Framework links the GameSTACK Internet gaming system to Twin River’s existing casino management system deployed in Rhode Island.
The Simulated Gaming offering is operated from an instance of the GameSTACK Internet gaming system deployed in Las Vegas Nevada and is currently integrated with Twin River’s loyalty program.

Phil Juliano, SVP & Chief Marketing Officer of Twin River Management Group, said: “GAN has worked closely with our marketing team, as well as our regulators, in order to strike a pragmatic balance between social casino gaming and regulated player protection features, ensuring our Simulated Gaming website and mobile apps were launched with a competitive market offering. We are finally in the digital space, allowing our guests another way to play.”

Dermot Smurfit, CEO of GAN added: “Twin River brings GAN’s market-leading Simulated Gaming experience back online in the lucrative regional New England gaming market. Twin River guests have already warmly received the online experience delivered by GAN, which is strengthening Twin River’s guest relationships on-property.”
