William Hill to exit 13 markets in December
William Hill has confirmed it will close operations in 13 countries from December 2 2025, restricting residents in those markets from accessing its services.
The operator will no longer accept customers from Angola, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Kenya, Mozambique, Nepal, Nicaragua, Nigeria, the Republic of Congo, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Somalia and Vietnam.
Customers in the affected countries will retain account access until 5 January 2026 to allow withdrawals. After this date, logins will be disabled and remaining balances can only be retrieved by contacting customer support. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
Open bets will be settled as normal until 2 December. Any bets scheduled to settle after that date will be voided and refunded. William Hill has directed customers with further questions to its live chat support team.
