France – Club Montmartre opens in Paris

By - 13 September 2019

Club Montmartre welcomed the first players to its Parisian venue on August 23

This new facility, the third to open since the beginning of the experimental phase on January 1, 2018, is located in the premises of the former circle Clichy-Montmartre, which was closed last year by administrative decision.
It is owned by Frédérique Ruggieri, the former owner of the casino in Gujan-Mestras casino, who sold the venue to Joa in order to reinvest and focus on its Parisian offering. It opened with 18 tables with two stud poker, a punto banco, three of ultimate poker, one of 3 card poker, one of poker 21 and 10 of Texas hold’em poker.

The entry fee is €10 with a token back of €5 and an annual subscription of €50.

Two new clubs are expected to open in September, the Barrière Club, located on the Champs-Elysees, instead of the former Aviation Club de France, facing Fouquet’s and the Circus Club of the Belgian group Ardent, Bd Murat, in the 16th arrondissement.
