Bong and Joe were announced as the winners after impressing the judging panel of external gaming experts including Jeff Kimber, Grosvenor Casinos’ Sponsored Poker Pro.

Kevin Grahame commented: “We’d like to congratulate Bong and Joe and all of the dealers that made it to the final. This is a tough competition and they really deserved winners.  Dealers are fundamental to our customers’ casino experience.  It’s not just how well they cut the chips or how accurately they deal the cards; it’s also about the theatre that they bring to the table, as well as gauging the level and type of interaction that each customer is comfortable with. This competition is a fantastic way to reward our dedicated and skilled team within Grosvenor Casinos and helps us set standards for future dealers.”
