UK – IGT appoints Ken Bossingham

International Game Technology has appointed Ken Bossingham is as Senior Vice President of Casino Core Product, on September 1.

He will be responsible for the global management and P&L of IGT’s Class II, Class III, video, and mechanical reels product lines, including market and competitive analysis, product requirements definition and marketing alignment to achieve IGT’s business objectives. He will report to Victor Duarte, IGT’s Global Chief Product Officer, Gaming, and will be based in Las Vegas.

Mr. Bossingham most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for American Gaming Systems, where he led the Company’s acquisition by Apollo Global Management, and acquisitions of Colossal Gaming and Cadillac Jack, transforming AGS into a leading provider of Class II and table games products. He previously held executive positions including Vice President and General Manager of North American Casino Operations for SPIELO International, and Chief Operating Officer for Atronic, both former subsidiaries of GTech S.p.A. prior to the completion of its merger agreement with IGT. During his 12-year tenure with Atronic and Spielo, Mr. Bossingham helped guide their Commercial Casino segment through the challenges of the US recession, creating new momentum and increasing market share in an intensely competitive segment.

Prior to Atronic and Spielo, Mr. Bossingham served in sales leadership positions at Aristocrat Technologies and JCM Global, and was Director of the Gaming Standards Association from 2006-2009. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Moorhead State University inMinnesota and an MBA from Idaho State University.
