LeoVegas, has once again announced its support of Responsible Gambling Week, reaffirming the company’s long-standing commitment to promoting responsible gambling.
Responsible Gambling Week, which runs from November 1 to 7, aims to encourage dialogue on gambling responsibly. Working together with both Norwich City FC and Brentford FC, LeoVegas will be supporting the industry wide initiative in a number of exciting ways.
Ahead of Responsible Gambling Week, the LeoVegas logo on the front of the Norwich City football shirt, was replaced with the LeoSafePlay logo for the Round of 16 Carabao Cup fixture against Premier League high flyers, AFC Bournemouth, on the 30th October 2018.
Lucky fans are in with a chance to get their hands on the special shirt too, as Norwich City FC will be auctioning the match shirts and donating the proceeds to BeGambleAware.
At Swansea FC, the Responsible Gambling week logo will replace another of the LeoVegas brands – Bet UK on the front of shirt in support of this initiative.
The logo changes will be supported by further Responsible Gambling Week messaging in the match day programmes, as well as an LED advertising display at Brentford FC, further reiterating LeoVegas’ commitment to responsible gambling.
Tom Jacobs, UK & IE Sports Marketing Manager at LeoVegas said: “We’re dedicated to the message of responsible gambling, during Responsible Gambling Week and beyond. The initiative is a fantastic opportunity for us to continue conversations about responsible gambling with the widest audience possible, not only with our customers, but also their friends, families and members of the general public.
“At LeoVegas, we’re constantly striving to ensure our customers have a safe and enjoyable experience, which is why it’s so important to us that we let as many people as possible know that LeoSafePlay is always available for anyone concerned about their gambling, or the gambling of a loved one.
“By replacing our logos on the shirts of our sponsored teams, we have a fantastic opportunity to bring responsible gambling to the forefront of people’s attention.”
