UK – LeoVegas launches LeoSafePlay
LeoVegas, has launched LeoSafePlay, a new dedicated platform to promote responsible gaming by offering customers new services to help them game responsibly.
LeoSafePlay.com, an external site from LeoVegas.com, contains information about tools and resources to allow gamers to become more informed about the signs and dangers of irresponsible gaming. It also contains a self-assessment tool, for gamers to become more aware of their gaming habits and identify problems before they escalate.
Built based on years of experience in handling responsible gaming issues, LeoSafePlay introduces four key scenarios a gambler might be facing, designed to create a tailored experience for players and address specific problems for players.
They are;
1. I’m gambling more than I intend to
2. I feel I have developed a gambling addiction
3. Someone I know is a problem gambler
4. An underage person I know is gambling online
The platform will allow customers to analyse and instruct them how to limit their playing, from deposits to session time on the Leovegas.com site. The company has also implemented online training to all staff members, to ensure all have the tools accessible to help customers should they need it.
The customer support team will be kept constantly updated with customer activity, so that players have the most up to date information and resources.
One of very few operators to inform (or address) responsible gaming outside of the main website, LeoVegas demonstrates it is leading from the front in addressing and tackling the issues surrounding irresponsible gaming.
