Austria – Novomatic named as Austria’s leading company again

Novomatic has been certified as the leading company in Austria for the second time in succession by Leitbetriebe Austria.
Novomatic CEO Harald Neumann accepted the award from Leitbetriebe Austria CEO Monica Rintersbacher at the Novomatic Forum.
Monica Rintersbacher said: “Novomatic is an outstanding example of an Austrian company that has been exporting right from the beginning, thus making it a true global player. In addition to the good economic indicators, we were particularly impressed by the wide-ranging social commitment and the attractive additional benefits for the employees, because the commitment to social responsibility is an essential criterion for a leading company.”
Just one year after being founded, the first expansion steps were taken abroad, and today, with sales of around €2.5bn in 2017, Novomatic is one of the largest gaming technology companies in the world. In mid-October the company recently received a new major order from the largest casino resort provider in the USA.
Harald Neumann said: “We are proud of the re-certification as the leading company and that we have succeed in combining economic success with social and societal responsibility. Our employees are a key success factor for us. In our innovation-driven business, employing the leading minds is of utmost importance and therefore the focus is on the satisfaction of our employees.”
