Colombian – EGT Interactive enters Colombia with Zamba

EGT Interactive has expanded its presence worldwide by entering Latin America with a deal signed in July with Zamba, a Colombian online opeator.
A spokesperson said: “As from July We finished our successful deal with zamba.co and now we are one of the first iGaming companies with certified video slots on the Colombian igaming market. Our partnership starts with the first package of 20 games and will grow gradually. The players will be able to enjoy some of the most successful titles like 40 Super Hot, 20 Super hot, Burning Hot, Zodiac Wheel, Rise of Ra, Age of Troy, Amazons’ Battle etc.”
Zamba.co is joint venture between the Colombian Vicca Group and GAMING1. It is one of the first companies in Colombia that is licensed to operate online bets in both online casino operations and sports betting.
Todor Zahariev, Managing Director of EGT Interactive added: “We are very proud that our company is one of the first with certified online games on this young and fast growing market but still complicated market. Colombia started to license in 2017 and there are currently 11 legal operators. This is the first country in Latin America to fully regulate betting on the Internet.”
