Malta – IBID Group bets on Riverplay

IBID Group, the investment firm focused on buying and investing in internet-based companies with high growth potential, has expanded its gaming portfolio again with the majority acquisition of Riverplay, an end-to-end platform for the online gaming industry.
Following the acquisition, Riverplay will be re-branded as Pragmatic Solutions.
Pragmatic Solutions is an API-based integrated Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System that provides gaming, entertainment and financial services operators with a one-stop solution for digital growth. The platform comprehensively offers the content management, administration, payments, marketing and third party solutions needed to build rapid and sustainable digital success. In Pragmatic Solutions, IBID sees an opportunity to provide clients with the means of creating their own online service with unmatched speed and value.
By being able to manage all third-party content providers and having complete control over the look and feel of their digital infrastructure, clients can create the ultimate gaming experience for their customers.
Pragmatic Solutions is the third acquisition by IBID in a matter of months. IBID acquired Pragmatic Play, one of the fastest growing providers of mobile and desktop digital casino games for the online gaming industry, in July 2016, and Dalberry, online payments experts, in November 2016.
