UK – Broadway Casino recognised for excellence

Broadway Casino in Birmingham, UK, has recently been awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for their outstanding services to the hospitality industry. Dubbed one of the greatest multi-functional venues in the West Midlands, this marks the fourth year in which the casino has gained the certificate.
Each year, on the 21 June, TripAdvisor – a travel website who provide unbiased traveller reviews of establishments in the hospitality industry – announce the recipients of their annual Certificate of Excellence. Determined through travellers and their ratings, the Certificate of Excellence praises businesses that have succeeded in delivering great service to their customers. The process works by reviewing a number of qualities including if the business has maintained a TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five and businesses must have been listed on the website for a minimum of 12 months.
The certificate will bring great prestige to Broadway Casino and firmly establishes it as a fantastic hospitality location. Denis Dowling, the Managing Director at Broadway Casino said: “We are extremely proud to be adding a 2017 Certificate of Excellence to our name. This is the fourth year running we have been awarded this certificate and it really reflects the hard work and ambition that flows throughout the casino day in, day out, from all members of staff.”
