Austria – Novomatic names Stefan Krenn as a new Member of the Executive Board

The Supervisory Board of Novomatic has appointed Stefan Krenn, LL.M. as a new Member of the Executive Board with effect from February 15, 2024.

In this function, he will form part of the three-person Executive Board of the international group, together with the two other members of the Executive Board, Ryszard Presch and Johannes Gratzl.

“We are delighted to have been able to bring on board Stefan Krenn, an experienced manager and a proven expert from our own ranks as the new Member of our Executive Board. Stefan Krenn has played a significant role in helping to shape the strategic development of this Group in recent years, and has made an important contribution to the company’s success. On behalf of the Supervisory Board, I would like to wish Mr. Krenn all the very best and much success with his new responsibilities,” says Dr. Bernd Oswald, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Novomatic.

Krenn, who studied both economics and media law has already held various positions at the international gaming technology group since 2015. These included posts as Secretary General and Global Division Manager as well as, until recently, Authorized Representative of Novomatic. Furthermore, the Upper Austrian is also Managing Director and Member of the Supervisory Board of various subsidiaries of this Group.
