Authorisation builds on BMM’s longstanding presence in New Zealand’s land-based gaming market

BMM Testlabs has received approval to provide online gaming testing and certification services in New Zealand under the country’s new online casino regulatory framework, overseen by the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA).

BMM has long provided testing and certification services to New Zealand’s regulated land-based gaming industry. With this new approval, BMM is expanding its services to support the country’s emerging regulated online casino market, bringing 45 years of technical expertise and regulatory knowledge to operators and suppliers.

As New Zealand prepares to introduce regulated online casino gaming, BMM will provide independent testing and certification services to help ensure gaming products meet the country’s technical and regulatory requirements. These services help support fair play, protect consumers, and build confidence in the regulated gaming market.

Kirk White, President of Land-Based Gaming and Inspections at BMM Testlabs, said, “BMM has a long history of supporting New Zealand’s land-based gaming industry, and we’re excited to build upon those relationships as the country moves toward regulated online casino gaming. Our customers rely on us for quality, speed, and service. We’re proud to bring that same commitment to this next chapter of New Zealand’s gaming industry.”

BMM’s capabilities are further strengthened by its combination with eCOGRA, bringing together two highly respected organizations with complementary expertise in gaming testing and certification. Together, the companies offer broader technical capabilities, regulatory knowledge, and a shared commitment to quality and service across global gaming markets.
