Products such as Diamond Tree pave the way for expansion across Europe and beyond for CT Interactive

CT Interactive was at ICE presenting its latest gaming portfolio, including the newly launched progressive jackpot Diamond Tree, alongside advanced functionalities such as free spins and bonus tools designed to support player engagement and long-term retention.

Diamond Tree Jackpot is a progressive, multi-game, multi-currency concept combining cutting-edge design, dynamic gameplay, and advanced functionality, offering a next-level gaming experience. Alongside it, CT Interactive unveiled new additions to its Buy Bonus series, giving players multiple entry levels and diverse mechanics while providing operators with a proven tool to drive engagement.

Visitors also had the opportunity to explore innovative solutions from CT Interactive’s trusted partners — 7 Mojos, Miland Games, Telematic Sport, and Game Workz.

The Bulgarian online slot developer was also introducing the latest additions to its leadership team with Kiril Kirilov appointed Chief Customer Success Officer, Vasil Parvanov taking on the role of Team Lead of Commercial Managers and Martin Dimitrov coming in as the new Commercial Manager.

The last few months has seen the company expand its virtual footprint in markets such as Romania, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Czech, Latvia, Peru, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Venezuela, Liberia, Nigeria, and Tanzania.

It has also recently entered the South African market with a landmark deal with Aardvark Technologies  with a selection of popular player favourites, including Wild Clover, Win Storm, Chilli Madness, 40 Treasures, Lucky Clover, and Duck of Luck.

Whilst these games are renowned for their engaging gameplay mechanics, immersive design, and strong player appeal, expanding into regulated markets requires more than strong products and well-working technology—it demands a clear strategic vision, regulatory expertise, and long-term commitment.

Martin Ivanov, Chief Operating Officer at CT Interactive, said: The primary factors [in entering a new market] are a clear understanding of the regulatory framework and ensuring that the product is well-suited to the market, alongside market stability and the potential for sustainable growth. We carefully assess licensing requirements, compliance obligations, and player protection standards, alongside local player preferences, payment methods, and cultural specifics. A market becomes truly attractive when regulation is well-defined and allows suppliers to operate transparently while offering room for long-term development.”

“Regulated markets shift the focus from short-term gains to long-term strategy. Compliance, consistent quality, and responsible gaming become central pillars of growth. Regulation encourages stability and trust, both with operators and players, which allows suppliers like CT Interactive to invest confidently in localised content, and partnerships that support sustainable expansion,” he added. “One of the key lessons is that there is no universal formula for success. Each jurisdiction has its own regulatory nuances and player expectations. Flexibility and adaptability are essential. We have learned the importance of early regulatory engagement, strong local partnerships, and continuously adjusting our portfolio to meet both compliance standards and player demand.

Mr Ivanov sees regulation, player protection, and commercial goals becoming increasingly interconnected.

“Strong regulation and effective player protection are no longer obstacles to commercial success—they are enablers. Players are more willing to engage in markets where they feel safe, and operators prefer suppliers who prioritise compliance and responsible gaming,” he explained. “Aligning these aspects creates a healthier ecosystem that supports long-term commercial performance.

“Suppliers will play a more strategic role, not just as content providers but as long-term partners to operators and regulators. This includes offering compliant, localised products, supporting responsible gaming initiatives, and adapting quickly to regulatory changes. As regulation becomes stricter, suppliers who are agile, transparent, and player-focused will be best positioned to lead and grow across diverse markets.”
