Le Club Barrière Paris is delighted ‘for its employees, its customers and for the entire profession to be able to reopen the doors from Wednesday, June 9 with the strictest respect for health measures and subject to the evolution of the pandemic.’

As of that date, the Barrière Club “will reopen from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with a visitation limit set at 50 per cent, equating to 215 customers. The Club will offer customers its 23 gaming tables (Punto Banco, Pok 21, Ultimate Poker, Texas Holdem and Omaha Poker).

For players with a subscription, it will be extended for one year from the reopening of the Club as well as their Le Carré VIP Barrière status.

“It is with great emotion and impatience that we await our customers on June 9, underlines Christophe Pi, General Manager of Club Barrière. As in June 2020, our customers can be assured that it is in strict compliance with health protocols that they will find their favorite gaming tables and our teams. We have prepared to welcome them in the best conditions and a certain number of surprises await them by the end of the year, depending on the possibilities offered by the health situation. ”

More than good news for Barrière, this reopening “signals the recognition of the public authorities for this professional sector which sees all of its establishments reopen at the same time as the cinemas, theaters and museums after eight months of closure for its club.”

“All gaming establishments in France represent 15,000 direct jobs, 45,000 indirect jobs, and generate 1.4bn in taxes and levies each year, including 400 million for local communities. Barrier gestures, physical distancing, maximum capacity gauge, but also for the Barrière Club, a reorganization of the play areas will allow customers to fully enjoy the Barrière experience in complete safety. “
