Monopoly table launch accompanied by 3-Dice Yahtzee

Galaxy Gaming was at ICE in Barcelona, announcing the European rollout of its Monopoly Table Games Progressive, which has already gone live with Metropolitan Casinos in London.

Gavin Wright, European Sales at Galaxy, said: “It’s quite fitting that a game with a London identity should get its European unveiling in London, starting with the installation of MONOPOLY Blackjack Progressive across premier Metropolitan Casinos in London, including Metropolitan Mayfair, EmpireCasino, The Sportsman Casino, and Park Lane Club. This is one of the world’s most iconic games with brand recognition globally at 90 per cent, so we really are looking at every table gaming market across Europe.”

Designed to rival the spectacle of the slot floor, the game uses displays that bring vibrant ‘slot bonus’ energy and elevated branding to the gaming pit, creating a more immersive and engaging player experience. Monopoly Blackjack Progressive introduces a dynamic twist to classic blackjack gameplay. At the heart of the excitement is Mr. Monopoly, who randomly selects hands and awards multipliers of up to 10x, keeping players engaged and on the edge of their seats. This progressive feature transforms the legendary title into a fresh, immersive experience designed to captivate both seasoned players and newcomers.

Phylicia Middleton, Vice President of Marketing, added: “Monopoly is a very powerful brand to bring to the gaming floor. Casino players in every jurisdiction will recognise the iconic Monopoly brand, which lends itself to casino table gaming perfectly. We unveiled it at G2E in Las Vegas in October with an official launch in January 2026, but it’s already proving popular in the US with a debut at Twin Pine Casino in California, and a first launch in Nevada at The Plaza in Downtown Las Vegas.”

Shortly after the show, The Plaza became the first casino to award one of the huge jackpots with one player scooping over $146,000 on the Monopoly Blackjack game.

Also making its European debut in Barcelona was a game aiming to shake up the casino floor. 3-Dice Yahtzee is a unique dice game that pairs with the Yahtzee Progressive for an easy-to-learn, exciting game that creates a powerful mix of nostalgia and innovation.

These two board game newcomers have been added to an arsenal of live table games that includes 21+3, Perfect Pairs, Lucky Ladies and Heads Up Hold’em Xtreme. EZ Baccarat has now been enhanced with Galaxy Gaming’s Golden Talons and Divine 9 side bet.

Also on show was Galaxy Gaming’s next-generation operating system, GOS Sapphire, which powers the industry’s most dynamic table game progressives. Featuring advanced jackpot configurations, sleek Nebula sensors, and real-time digital tracking, Sapphire sets the standard for modern table game operations. Its flexible electronic bonusing system introduces Dynamic Progressive, delivering random multipliers of up to 10x for an added thrill every round. Operators also love Sapphire’s ability to link jackpots—not just within a single pit, but across multiple properties.

Wright explained that GOS Sapphire has gone live at The Hippodrome Casino London, where it is featured on four Prime Three Card Poker Progressive Tables, complete with Dual Wager Jackpots. Galaxy and Hippodrome collaborated to design pay-tables that enhance the player experience while balancing jackpot levels and house edge. GOS Dynamic Progressive tables have also been rolled out at Bally’s Casino in Newcastle.

2025 was a statement year for Galaxy in Europe. In Germany, it deployed 36 GOS Progressives featuring premium table game brands Head’s Up Hold’em and 21+3 across eight Merkur Casinos, in partnership with SpiritGaming.

The new progressives can be found at Merkur Spielbank Hohensyburg, Merkur Spielbank Duisburg, Merkur Spielbank Bad Oeynhausen, Merkur Spielbank Monheim, and Merkur Spielbank Aachen.

In South Africa, the Heads Up Hold’em GOS Progressive paid out at Gold Reef Casino, Johannesburg, with a jackpot win of R367,040 from just a R50 Wager.

In the online world, Galaxy Gaming continues to bring exclusive table games for live dealer and RNG platforms. Titles like 21+3, Lucky Ladies, Perfect Pairs, Heads Up Hold ’Em, and Buster Blackjack appear on more than 3,000 leading iGaming sites worldwide, with over 4.5 billion wagers placed online in the past year alone.
