Gambling law firm Harris Hagan to promote David Whyte to partner

City of London Law firm Harris Hagan is delighted to announce that David Whyte will be promoted to Partner with effect from April 1 2024.

Mr Whyte has been an enormous asset to the firm since joining in 2019, having previously worked in-house within the online and land-based sectors and for nine years at the Gambling Commission in both the enforcement and legal departments. His practical operational experience and unique insight into the
gambling regulatory framework, aligned with his legal expertise and highly personable approach, has been invaluable to the firm and our clients, particularly on high-profile compliance and enforcement
mandates, including some of the most significant cases in the recent history of the UK gambling industry.
