Georgia – Shangri La Tbilisi to sponsor Georgian Gaming Congress

By - 19 February 2015

The Georgian Gaming Congress will take place in Tbilisi, a bright professional event of recent years in the regional gaming industry.

On February 20, 2015, the leaders of the largest casinos in Georgia, CIS and European regions, hotel and tourism companies, equipment manufacturers, bookmakers, online operators, junket operators, foreign investors and officials will come together to discuss the current situation and future development of the regional gaming business. The event will include an exhibition area of local and international equipment and technology suppliers, a conference and a business-tour to the largest casinos in Tbilisi.

Shangri La Tbilisi casino, a business unit of Storm International, is an official sponsor of the Congress, and also will be hosting the closing dinner, which will take place at the casino’s restaurant right after the business-tour.

“We always strive for business transparency, better communication between industry representatives,” commented Darren Keane, CEO of Storm International. “Our business is specific, so we need to be open to the society, officials and other industries to develop and maintain a proper reputation. The events such as Georgian Gaming Congress help us in this respect, so we are always engaged in one form or another.”

A Storm International and Shangri La spokesman will be presenting his report during the conference on the Georgian gaming business and other Shangri La representatives will take part in the convention.
