Greece – Club Hotel Loutraki for sale
Queenco-Leisure International and Club Hotel Investments have announced that its flagship casino resort, Club Hotel Loutraki, is now for sale. The joint statement of the two companies reads that the two parties intend to sell the assets of Club Hotel Loutraki within the next 15 months. As part of the company’s restructuring and rationalisation of its activities, it will offer a voluntary exit program to its employees. The owners also agreed on a cash injection of €6.8m for Club Hotel Loutraki to continue operating until it is sold.
