Intralot organised a Business Day at the company’s Innovation Centre in Athens on May 11 2015, attracting about 100 University students and graduates to an incursion into the business and research underpinnings of the gaming sector.
During Intralot Business Day the participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the company’s international expansion and global operations, as well as with products and services. They also had the chance to exchange ideas with Intralot executives and to participate in an interactive workshop, where they took the challenge to tackle a gaming business case study.
“It is our pleasure to welcome all our young people to Intralot’s Innovation Center. Intralot’s growth depends on graduates skilled for a rapidly evolving labour market. Our goal is to promote the realization of your potential by exposing you to the realities of business life. Your dreams for a bright career can come true with dedication to your goals and consistency in what you do,” said Intralot Group CEO, Antonios Kerastaris, in his opening speech.
Intralot’s Business Day was a follow-up to the “Panorama of Entrepreneurship and Career Development” initiative a 3-day event organized March 20 to 22, 2015, by Athens University of Economics Professor Iordanis Ladopoulos and his team.
Addressing the participants, Professor Ladopoulos stated: “I’d like to warmly thank Intralot and to applaud this initiative and the professionalism of Intralot corporate executives and organizing team. The Business Day was an enriching experience and the best edition of the event over the last three years. We were impressed by the attention given to detail, the well-structured and engaging workshop, the hospitality and the overall interest of the entire team.”
Held for the fifth consecutive year, Panorama is one of the biggest youth entrepreneurship and career building events currently organized in Greece.
