Game is designed around the Eliteserien, the Norwegian Cup and Norwegian football history

Kongebonus has launched 30-0 Kongeserien, a new football draft and simulation game designed specifically around the Eliteserien, the Norwegian Cup and Norwegian football history.

Inspired by the UK viral fan draft game that has sparked huge interest online, 30-0 Kongeserien lets supporters build their ultimate Norwegian football XI, simulate a full season and see whether their side can achieve the perfect 30-0 campaign.

Developed by the Kongebonus team in under 55 hours, 30-0 Kongeserien is billed as Norway’s first fantasy-style draft game created specifically for the Eliteserien and Norwegian Cup. It features real clubs, authentic player names and full team data from 2005 to 2026, allowing fans to build fantasy line-ups from different eras and explore a database shaped around Norway’s domestic football pyramid.

The inclusion of the Norwegian Cup adds knockout pressure and lower-league “giant-killer” logic, while legacy teams such as the 1998 national team and Rosenborg’s legendary side from the Inter Milan clashes bring a strong sense of nostalgia to the game experience.

The database is expected to grow based on community feedback, with Kongebonus inviting fans to suggest missing players, challenge ratings and request additional historical teams. More hidden details and throwback football references have also been snuck into the game for supporters to discover as they play.

David Nilsen, Editor-in-Chief at Kongebonus, said: “We wanted to give Norwegian fans a game that is completely dedicated to our own football, featuring real clubs, seasons and player names from 2005 to 2026.

“What makes Kongebonus different is that we listen closely to our community and move quickly when we see something they will enjoy. We built 30-0 Kongeserien in under 55 hours because this is the kind of football experience fans were asking for.

“This is a living project, and we want supporters to play it, debate the ratings, tell us who is missing and help us fine-tune the database as we add even more historical teams and Easter eggs.”
