Malta – EveryMatrix officially launches Managed Services unit

EveryMatrix has officially launched its Managed Services unit – a division established earlier this year designed to provide 360-degree support to iGaming operators, enabling them to capitalise on opportunities to improve brand performance.

Led by Tom Dyson is a gaming industry professional with expertise in team leading and management roles after stints at Gambling Compliance, ProgressPlay, and Gaming Realms, the Managed Services division provides support to clients’ executive teams, from acquisition and retention marketing to product and payments management.

The services provide an outsourced option for running an online casino or sportsbook, offering expertise in specific areas such as Marketing, Affiliate, CRM & VIP, Product Management, Payments and Fraud, Bonus Abuse Monitoring, and Customer Support.
