Malta – Play’n GO releases space-themed gridslot

Play’n GO has released its latest title, Diamond Vortex, a space-themed gridslot played on a hexagonal grid first seen from the developer in 2019 release Honey Rush.
The game is a cascading gridslot title divided into three concentric circles that spins and repositions symbols each time players achieve a cascade. The rings are also home to zones and spots, which can trigger a features including symbol transformations and free spins.
The game has a Core Wild Vortex placed directly in the middle of the grid, meaning there’s always at least one Wild active on every spin. It can also ‘swallow’ other Wilds that increases its multiplier value each time.
CPO Martin Zettergren commented: “The success of Honey Rush showed us that people enjoy playing the hexagonal grid format, so we gave them more of what they want. But of course, we wanted to bring more to the table this time, and the result is a unique, exciting game giving something new to the market.”
Diamond Vortex is another title released as part of the supplier’s commitment to publishing the equivalent of a game a week during the calendar year.
