Morocco – Tender out to manage La Marocaine des Jeux et des Sports

La Marocaine des Jeux et des Sports is launching an international tender to appoint a new operator to manage and operate its lottery, sports betting and other gaming activities.

The management contract is initially set to run for eight years from January 1, 2023 and can be extended for a further two years under certain conditions.

The tender applies to a first range of fixed odds and mutual betting sports betting, including bets on virtual competitions, with the exception of bets on horse and greyhound races. The second lot consists of lotteries, instant lotteries of a sporting nature and raffles. The bidders are also free to submit an offer for a single lot or for both lots. You can also be declared a successful bidder for two lots or a single lot.

The opening of the bids for this tender is planned for April 4, 2022 before 10:00 a.m. at the MDJS headquarters in Casablanca, as well as the submission of bid proposals. The documents to be delivered must comply with the provisions of the consulting ordinances, as stated in the offer documents.

Bidders can submit their bids to the main administration address, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by post with an express courier service against confirmation of receipt. You can also submit these to the Chair of the Offers Committee during the Offer Opening session and before the Offer Opening session begins.
