Philippines – Okada Manila’s third quarter shows GGR increase of almost 30 per cent

Okada Manila has generated GGR of US$218m for the three months to September 30 2023, showing an increase 29.7 per cent year-on-year and up 9.3 per cent from June quarter.
The mass market showed the largest increases with mass tables games up 64.6 per cent year-on-year to reach US$72.4m and slots up 24.6 per cent to US$67.3m. VIP table games increased by 11.7 per cent to US$77.9m. EBITDA increased by 45.6 per cent year-on-year and 15.8 per cent quarter-on-quarter to US$62.7m.
Operator Tiger Resorts Leisure and Entertainment said the casino attracted 1,498,487 guests in the third quarter compared with 1,109,791 a year earlier. The first nine months of 2023 have seen an increase in GGR of 47.7 per cent year-on-year to US$620m while EBITDA is up 72 per cent to US$175m.
