By - 2 September 2020

BEOPAY, one of ITL’s Trading Partners in Eastern Europe, is continuing to strengthen its collaboration despite a difficult year shaped by COVID-19.

BEOPAY is a highly specialised company for automated payment systems based in Serbia who provide complete service, support and distribution of ITL validators in Serbia, Bosnia, North Macedonia and Montenegro.

Sasha Kragulj, Business Development Manager for the region, said: “BEOPAY have been our Trading Partner for 12 years now after celebrating a landmark decade of collaboration in 2018. We are delighted that we have had another strong year despite the current circumstances. ITL validators are used in various applications such as vending, parking, casino gaming, changing machines and BEOPAY provide a successful distribution gateway for ITL products in the region. Despite a difficult situation since the pandemic hit every corner of the globe in March, with BEOPAY’s help, we have sustained communication with all our customers in the region, maintaining business and planning for growth post COVID-19. Giving customers advice on payment systems and providing technical support throughout the pandemic is paramount to assist them get through this challenging period.”

Dejan Bogićević, BEOPAY SISTEM said: “The last few months have been hard for everyone, but we have kept in close contact with our customers to ensure they still are receiving the same level of service they are used to. With the help of our customers, we have been helping ITL generate new datasets for the region
especially for the Spectral Product range. This will be essential in improving accessibility and increasing the uptake of ITL’s state of the art Spectral products in the region for the future. We usually exhibit with ITL at various shows such as the Belgrade Future Gaming event but for obvious reasons exhibitions across the world have been postponed this year. However, over the past few months, we have successfully implemented our products in some new vending machines distributing PPE and disinfection liquids. It’s been great working with Sasha over the years, and with the help of his in-depth local knowledge of the region, we are continuing to collaborate to bring new state of the art products to help support our customers and extend our reach in this region. Together we are looking forward to helping our customers adapt to a ‘new normal’ going forward.”
